Timescales can be changed in section 'Overall timescales' within a participant's account. To get here you will need to first select 'My Bronze DofE', 'My Silver DofE' or 'My Gold DofE' depending on the level you are working towards. You will then have the choice of expanding the 'Overall timescales' section (as below) where you can choose and save your new timescale choices.
In order to change your timescales you will need to select 'My Bronze DofE' from the left hand menu, then you will need to expand that 'Overall timescales' option.
If you can't see the 'Save' button, one of the following will have happened:
1) Your account may have been 'archived'
2) You have already submitted a section for approval
3) One of your sections has already been approved (including the Expedition or Residential section).
In these cases, your DofE leader will either need to 'unarchive' the account or reopen any of the affected sections to enable the participant to change their timescales. Once done the participant will need to resubmit the reopened section/s for approval.
