For safeguarding reasons only the account holder can change their password or username on eDofE.
1) If a password has been forgotten, you should should go to https://www.edofe.org/ and go through the ‘Forgot your password?’ process on the sign in screen.
2) It will ask for your username and once submitted, a security question, which will then allow you to change your password. If you don't know the answer to the security question, click on the 'Can’t remember' link to get an email sent with a temporary password on it. This can be changed once you have access to your account again.
If you don't know your username, please contact your DofE leader or DofE Manager who should be able to give this to you.
