For safeguarding reasons, only the account holder can access their password on eDofE.
If a password has been forgotten, the participant should go to https://www.edofe.org/ and go through the ‘Forgot your password?’ process on the sign in screen.
To find a participant’s username, a Leader can go to ‘Manage participants’ > ‘Participant overview’. Search the ID or name, go into ‘Account details’ and the username will show there.
To find new participants usernames/passwords, a Leader can download a report which will have this information. They can do this via Reports > User Information.
The report will have the participants date of birth (default password), their username, and their last login date. For new participants this column will be blank.
