If the participant's account is brand new and has the status 'New', only the participant will be able to change their name.
Please inform the participant that there's a spelling error in their name/username and ask them to log in using the misspelt name/username.
Once the participant has logged into their account, they can amend their name by clicking on 'View/edit my profile', then 'Personal details' and then amending the name before saving.
If the participant has already logged into their account, status is 'Active', and added their personal details you can change their name via the participant profile section under 'Personal details'.
Only the participant can change their username/password.
To do this they need to login, click on 'View/edit my profile' then 'Account details' to amend the username and 'Password details' to amend the password, and then save.
