If you don’t know your eDofE password, you will need to use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the eDofE home page.
You will then need to enter your eDofE username and click ‘Submit’. You will first be asked to answer your security question. Please remember that this is case sensitive. If you answer your security question correctly, you will be able to reset your password.
If you don’t know the answer to your security question you can click the ‘Can’t remember’ link.
This will allow you to request a link to be sent to the email account registered to your account which will allow you to reset your password. Once you press ‘Continue’ you will receive a confirmation message advising
From here, simply click the link in the email and you should be able to reset your password. If this does not work, try copying and pasting the link and putting this into a different web browser.
