Co-ordinators and above account holders can allocate participation places but must have access to "Can allocate participation places" permission on their account.
You can allocate participation places from a higher level to a lower level hierarchy i.e from Licensed Organisation to a centre or group level.
To Allocate participation places please select 'Participation places' from the left-hand menu and 'Allocate'.
Please select where you would like to allocate your participation places from and select where you would like to move them. I.e I am moving my participation places my Centre- Bronze 2018 to Group- City names.
Select the number of participation places that you would like to allocate. i.e I am moving 10 Bronze and 2 Silver places.
If you're happy please select the Allocate button.
Once the allocation has been successful you will see a green banner confirming the move.
You can allocate more by selecting the Allocate more button.
The participant places will be allocated instantly, please ensure to distribute the Welcome packs accordingly.
