Adults who have a leader account and above are able to change a participant's enrolment date as long as they have the 'can adjust participant's enrolment and section dates' permission applied.
eDofE will allow a participant's enrolment date to be changed in line with the DofE's age range requirements and as long as there are no date clashes with sections at other levels.
In order to change the enrolment date, you will first need to open the participant's 'Participant profile'. You can get here by clicking on the participant on the 'Participant overview' screen or by finding them using the top right search box.
From the Participant overview screen, click on the award level, in this example 'Silver'.
You will then be shown the participant's award level screen. If you have the correct permission, you will be able to select the 'Change dates' button.
From here you will be able to change the enrolment date for the participant. Remember to click 'Save' before navigating away from the page.
