LO staff with the 'Can add and edit Expedition Assessor accreditations' permission on their account can approve a current accredited assessor to assess for their LO.
If the assessor is affiliated and accredited, the LO will have the option to 'Approve to assess' - this will set the registration end date to the same as the accreditation end date and approve the assessor to assess.
1. Go to Training > Training search - you can search for individuals using location, details (Accreditation no., eDofE ID no. and name) or search for all expired assessors, within your location.
2. Click 'Approve to assess'
3. Confirm that that you have carried out safeguarding, legal and competency checks and click 'Continue'
4. The registration end date will be set to the same as the accreditation end date and approve the assessor to assess.
