When you are doing your Gold Award you will have the option to fill in your Gold Award Presentation application form.
This will give us the relevant information we need to get you an invitation to a presentation of your choice to receive your Gold Award in attendance of a member from The Royal Family.
When you log in for the first time, you will be able to complete your GAP application as soon as you have set your timescales. To access your Gold Award Application, navigate to the home page and select 'View/edit' on the Gold Award application banner at the top of the page.
Once you have clicked on the link you will be taken to the application form page. Please fill in all of the required information on the form (Including Presentation Information)
Once the application form has been filled out and you have fully completed your Gold Award, the GAP team will contact you via email to confirm which Gold Award Presentation you would like to attend depending on the selections you have made in your application form.
Please note that you will not be able to submit a completed Gold Award without completing the GAP application form.
