1. Who can order certificates?
Only Administrator and above account holders who have access to "Can purchase participation places (If an ASL account exists)" permission can purchase certificates.
2. Where can you purchase certificates?
You can purchase certificates via DofE Essentials on the left-hand menu under Certificates and Badges.
3. Select the certificates that you require and select "Add to basket" button.
4. Check your delivery and invoice address and make sure it's correct. Select your payment method - Credit account or Credit/Debit card.
5. Make sure all the details are correct i.e address, product details and confirm if you're happy. View if paying by Credit account:
6. If paying by Credit/Debit card select Credit/Debit card from the payment method.
7. Add your bank details and select the Pay button.
Once you have successfully ordered, you will see a green banner and an email will be sent to your email address to confirm the order.
If you did not receive a green banner or a confirmation email, it means the order wasn't successful.
In this case, please, can you try to clear your cache (instructions can be found here) or try using different browsers i.e Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and see if that resolves the issue?
