For safeguarding reasons, only the account holder can access their password on eDofE.
If a password has been forgotten, the participant should follow the instructions here
To find a participant’s username, a Leader can go to ‘Manage participants’ > ‘Participant overview’, search either by Location or User details & click on the ID no. to take them to the participant's profile page:
The participant's Username can be found under ‘Account details’:
A Leader can also download a report with this & other participant information, by clicking on 'Reports' on the left hand menu, selecting 'User Information' & selecting Location details:
If the participant is 'new', this report also shows dates of birth which are the default password for the first time a participant logs in.
