Printing your map
To print your map, select 'Print' from the mapping toolbar. This will bring up the print pane on the left-hand side of the screen along with an overview of the area to be printed. Select 'Map only' and 'Show Checkpoints' to print your map with all the designated checkpoints.
Ensure that the area you wish to print is visible in the 'A4 print area'. You can change this by zooming in or out of the map. When you are ready to print, select 'Preview and Print' from the bottom of the pane.
This will load a print preview of your map and you will be able to check what your print out will look like. Once you're ready to print, select 'Print'.
If you're using Chrome once you click 'Print' you will have the option to 'Save as PDF' or to print. You can change this by selecting the drop down link for 'Destination'. If you choose 'Save as PDF', your map will be downloaded as a PDF file and you can then print it.
If you're using Internet Explorer, once you click 'Print', you will have the option for 'Microsoft Print to PDF' or to print. You can change this by selecting a printer to print your map from. if you choose 'Microsoft Print to PDF', your map will be downloaded as a PDF file and you can then print it.
Printing your Route Card
To print your route card, select 'Print' from the mapping toolbar. This will bring up the print pane on the left-hand side of the screen along with an overview of the area to be printed. Select 'Route card only' to print your route card. When you are ready to print, select 'Preview and Print' from the bottom of the pane.
Once you click 'Preview and Print', you will have the option to 'Print' or 'Print to PDF'. If you choose 'Print to PDF', your route card will be downloaded as a PDF file and you can then print it. This is the same process for all browsers. If you select 'Print', your route card will be printed.
