This change will go live w/c January 9th 2023.
Assessor's Reports that are submitted via the Assessor's Report portal will be uploaded into eDofE automatically. The reports will then be checked against a profanity database for any inappropriate language:

If the report contains a profanity then:
- The report will be sent to Communications > Assessor's Reports:
- The Leader will need to either send the report to the participant or delete it:

- If the report is sent to the participant, it will be approved and visible for the participant - the Leader will not need to approve it again:
- If the report is deleted, it is removed from eDofE and the participant will not be able to see it at all. Once a report has been deleted, we cannot undo it.
- If the report is sent to the participant, it will be approved and visible for the participant - the Leader will not need to approve it again:

If the report does not contain a profanity then:
- The report will be sent straight to the participant's account and will be visible for them:
- The Leader will not need to approve the report again - it will appear as 'System approved':
