Changing name:
You can change a participant's name in the participant profile section under 'Personal details':
Changing username/password:
Only the participant can change their username/password.
To change their Username the participant must first log into their account & click on the pencil icon by their name on their 'My Journey' page:
They can then change their Username & submit the change:
They will be logged out of their account & a confirmation message will appear on the top right of the screen:
To change their password the participant must first log in to their account & click on 'Change password' at the top of their 'My Journey' page:
They can then change their password & submit the change by clicking on the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page:
A confirmation message will appear on the top right of the screen:
