How do I change my Username?

Participants

To change your Username,

1. Log into your account 
2. Click on the pencil icon by your name
3. Change your username in the box provided. 
4. Click 'Submit'.
5. You will then need to log back into your account. 

• Do not use any special characters in your username. Keep it to letters and numbers only.

Adults

To change your Username,

1. Log into your account 
2. Click on 'View/edit my profile'.
3. Open the 'Account details' section
4. Change your username in the box provided. 
5. Click 'Save'.
6. You will then need to log back into your account.
