How do I change my Username?

Participants

To change your Username,

1. Log into your account 
2. Click on the pencil icon by your name
3. Change your username in the box provided. 
4. Click 'Submit'.
5. You will then need to log back into your account. 

• Do not use any special characters in your username. Keep it to letters and numbers only.

Adults

To change your Username:

Log into your account and click on photo icon next to the sign out button. From there a drop-down will appear, please select 'Edit Profile'

Select the 'Account details' drop down where you can update your username in the box provided.

Click 'Save' and you will then need to log back into your account.
