Why can I not purchase on credit?
There are several reasons why the only option is to pay by credit card:
A credit application hasn't been made.
Check out this article on how to make an application: How do I apply for a credit account?
The completed credit form contains someone else's ID no.
Ask the person who holds the credit account to log in and make the purchase.
The user has logged in using an account which doesn't have the relevant permission.
Have your DofE Manager, or someone in the regional office, check your permission to make sure you can purchase on credit.
The account hasn't been linked to the user's ID no.
If the application has been successful and you still cannot make a purchase, then contact ASL@dofe.org.
