Co-ordinators and above account holders can recall participation places but must have access to "Can recall participation places" permission on their account.
You can recall participation places from a lower level to a higher level hierarchy i.e from a group to a centre or above level.
To Recall participation places please select 'Participation places' from the left-hand menu and 'Recall'.
Please select where you would like to recall your participation places from and select where you would like to move them. i.e I am recalling my participation places my Group- City names to Centre- Bronze 2018.
Select the number of participation places that you would like to recall. i.e I am moving 11 Bronze and 11 Silver and 2 Gold places.
If you're happy please select the Recall button.
Once the recall has been successful you will see a green banner confirming the move.
The participant places will be recalled instantly, please ensure to distribute the Welcome packs accordingly.
