Where is my Assessor Report?
All assessor reports submitted via the portal are now automatically checked against a safeguarding system. Reports that are not flagged by the system are sent to the participant’s account and are visible immediately. Reports that are flagged are held for review and can take up to 72 hours to be visible on the participant’s account.
Assessor Report Not Showing (After 72 Hours)
If your Assessor Report has not been sent to the participants profile after 72 hours please ensure the participant section is not currently submitted as this would prevent the Assessor Report going to the participants profile. If the section was submitted the participant will need to unsubmit the section and then the Assessor Report should appear on the profile.
