What is the Gold Award Celebration form?

This form will give us the relevant information we need to get you an invitation to a presentation of your choice. Here you will receive your Gold Award in the attendance of a member of The Royal Family.

When can I fill in my Gold Award Celebration form?

When you are doing your Gold Award and as soon as you have set your timescales, you can fill in your Gold Award Celebration form.

How do I complete the Gold Award Celebration form on eDofE?

If you are using the App, please see instructions here

1. Select ‘Gold Award Celebration event’ from the left-hand menu.
2. Complete the four steps to complete your application form:
   1. Name of certificate and select badge or brooch
   2. Where you will be attending the celebration i.e., London, Edinburgh, Belfast

   3. Personal contact details

   4. Contact details of personal guest if attending

3. Once you're done, click 'Submit', and your details will be saved.

• If successfully submitted, a confirmation message will appear at the top right of the screen & you'll see a summary of your details.
• You can edit your Gold Award Celebration form up to four weeks before the presentation date.
