1. Select the relevant Award Level from the navigation menu e.g. ‘My Bronze DofE’ in the screenshot below.
2. Click on the ‘View Timescales’ button.
3. You can see the timescales you currently have set.
To go back without saving your new timescales, click the back button in the top right-hand corner:
4. You can change your timescales by clicking on the row – a green tick will appear to indicate your selection
5. To save your timescales, click ‘Submit’. Your section timescales will be updated and you will return to the ‘My Journey’ page.
Why can't I change my timescales?
If you cannot change your timescales, one of the following will have happened:
- Your account may have been archived
- You have already submitted a section for approval
- One of your sections will have already been approved (Volunteering, Physical or Skills section)
In these cases, your DofE leader will either need to unarchive your account or reopen any of the affected sections to enable you to change your timescales.
Once this is done you will need to resubmit the reopened sections for approval.
