Award approval process
Once you have completed your sections and added assessor reports, your DofE leader will need to approve your sections. When your sections have been approved, your award will be sent to the LO for approval. For Bronze and Silver award levels, you will receive an email when your award has been approved. For Gold award levels, your award will be sent to the regional office for a final approval. You will then receive an email when your award has been approved.
Queried awards process
If your award has been queried, you will receive an automated message notifying you why it has been queried - your DofE leader will receive the same message. You will then need to amend your sections and make any necessary changes. Your DofE leader will have to approve any changes you've made and your award will then be sent to the LO for approval.
