How do I search for an adult's training account?
Adults with the 'Can view training area’ permission on their account can search for adults via Training > Training search. You can search by Location, Details (Accreditation no., eDofE ID no. and name) or search for all expired assessors, Expired Period within your location.
Adults returned include active adults in your hierarchy, archived adults with training, assessor accreditation or tutor/director settings, adults who have attended a training course in your location or assessors who are currently affiliated with your location.
Additional filters can be applied i.e. show Accredited Assessors and those due for reaccreditation by using the tick boxes.
You can download your search results to a spreadsheet by using the Download to spreadsheet button.
What does different underline mean when I search for a user?

Adults with training records will have their name in Bold underlined text.

Adults without training records, but with an eDofE account (for example a Leader or Administrator account) will have their name in non-bold underlined text. Click this link to add training.

Accounts created via the Training screen will have “Link to eDofE account” option shown - only regional admin and above account holders will see this option
