Assessors will receive an email 6 months and 3 months before the Assessor’s accreditation is due to expire.
Assessors can request reaccreditation directly through their eDofE Account.
If your accreditation has expired, then you have a period of 2 years in which to renew your accreditation. After this time, you will be required to undertake new training to ensure that your knowledge is up to date.
Assessors who have expired for less than 2 years
Assessors requesting reaccreditation after expiry of more than 2 years

How does an AAP register an assessor? – DofE
Once this has been done you will be able to complete the Reaccreditation Knowledge Check within eDofE.
When that final box shows a green tick then you will see a button to Request reaccreditation
You will then need to select whether you’ve supervised/assessed expeditions over the last two years and then request reaccreditation.
A pop-up box will appear showing you your accreditation start date and accreditation expiry dates – this is read only:
Once you click ‘Print’ your assessor card will open in a new tab and you can choose to print or download it:
eDofE will be updated with your new accreditation date which you can view via 'My accreditation details' and you can also reprint your assessor card if need be.
You will receive an email once you've been reaccredited and this will include a PDF attachment of your assessor card.
Please ensure that you are registered to assess with every organisation that you will be supporting.
