Assessors:
An assessor can end their registration to an organisation by going to Training > My Expedition Assessor Accreditation:
1. Select 'Current Affiliations':
2. Select 'End registration' for the organisation that you no longer want to assess for:
3. You will then see the following pop-up box:
3. Once you click 'Yes', you will see a green banner notifying you that the registration has been ended and this will be recorded in the 'Previous affiliations'
LOs/AAPs:
LO and AAP users with the 'Can add and edit Expedition Assessor accreditations' permission on their account can end an assessor's affiliation to their organisation. You will need to find the assessor via Training > Training Search and can end the registration by:
1. Click 'End registration' from the Training Search screen:
2. You will then see the following pop-up box:
3. Once you click 'Yes', the registration end date will be set to today's date and you will no longer be able to view the assessors details:
OR
1. Select the assessor accreditation number from the Training Search screen:
2. Select 'Affiliations':
3. Click 'End registration'
4. You will then see the following pop-up box:
5. Once you click 'Yes', the registration end date will be set to today's date and you will be taken back to the Training Search screen - you will no longer be able to view the assessors details:
The assessor will be able to see on their account who the registration was ended by and they will also receive an email notifying them.
