LO staff with the 'Can add and edit Expedition Assessor accreditations' permission on their account can re-approve a current accredited assessor to continue assessing for their LO.
Once an Assessor is approved to assess for an organisation, they remain approved until the Assessor’s accreditation expires. If the Assessor keeps being re-accredited before their accreditation expires then the LO just needs to keep ‘Re-approving’ them to move their registration period on to cover the latest accreditation period.
1. Go to Training > Training search - you can search for individuals using location, details (Accreditation no., eDofE ID no. and name) or search for all expired assessors, within your location.
2. Click the 'Re-approve' link
3. Confirm that that you have carried out safeguarding, legal and competency checks and click 'Continue'
4. The assessor will be re-approved and can continue assessing for your LO - the registration end date will be until the accreditation end date
