I have forgotten my username. How do I get this?
If you are unsure about your username, please get in touch with your DofE leader, and they will be able to provide it.
Alternatively, you can email the IT Service Desk edofe@dofe.org. Please provide your full name, eDofE ID Number, date of birth and the Licensed Organisation / School you are registered with.
I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it on the app?
You can reset your password by following the steps below.
1. Open the DofE App. On the sign in page, tap the ‘Forgotten your Password?’ link.
2. Enter your username and tap 'Submit'.
3. A message will appear at the bottom of your screen.
4. If an eDofE account with the Username you have entered exists, a password reset link will be sent to the email address linked to that account.
Please check you spam/junk folders too.
Tap the link in the email to open the reset password page.
Please note: this page will open in a web browser not the DofE app.
5. Enter and confirm your new password, then tap 'Submit'.
6. A confirmation message will be displayed.
If you tap the 'Login' button on the screen, this will open eDofE in a browser on your phone. If you wish to login to the DofE app, you will need to manually open the DofE app.
You can now sign in to eDofE with your new password.
