How do I change my password on the app?
1. Sign in to the DofE App
2. Tap on the menu icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Tap on ‘Change Password’.
4. You can now change your eDofE password. You will need to enter your existing password first.
Choose a new password that meets the following requirements:
- a minimum of 12 characters and contains at least;
- one uppercase letter,
- one lowercase letter
- one number
- You cannot reuse a previous password.
To return without changing your password, click the DofE logo in the top left-hand corner.
5. Re-enter the password to confirm you have entered it correctly.
6. Tap 'Save'. Your password will be updated, and you will return to your 'My Journey' page.
