If you're using the eDofE website, please see the instructions here
If you have submitted your programme planner, but it has not yet been approved, you will need to use the 'Revert to Draft' option.
If your programme planner has been approved by your DofE Leader and you want to change your activity, you will have the option to either 'Change activity' or 'Revert to draft'.
Change Activity
Please note: If you have already changed your activity once, you will not see the 'Change activity' button. Instead, you will need to use the 'Revert to Draft' button to edit your programme planner. For more information please, scroll down to the 'Revert to Draft' section of this article.
To change your activity
1. Select your section (e.g. Physical), scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the 'Change activity' button.
2. Add your new activity details and submit the change for approval by tapping the 'Submit Change' button.
3. A notification will be displayed to confirm the request to change your activity has been sent to your DofE Leader. You will also be able to see your new activity details.
The section status will be updated to 'Pending Change'.
If you decide you don't want to change your activity, you will have the option to 'Withdraw Change Activity', as long as it hasn't been approved by your Leader.
If you tap the 'Withdraw Change Activity' button, you will be asked to confirm your decision.
4. Once your activity change has been approved by your Leader, your section status will be set to 'Programme Approved'.
5. You can view your previous activity details by, opening the section, scrolling down and tapping 'Previous Activity'.
Revert to draft
You can revert your programme planner to draft even if it has been approved by your DofE Leader - you'll need to resubmit your programme planner for approval again.
1. Select your section and tap the 'Revert to draft' button.
2. Select 'Yes' to confirm you wish to revert your section to draft.
3. Make the desired changes to your programme planner. Your progress will be automatically saved. Once you are ready to send the updated programme planner to your DofE Leader, tap the 'Submit for Approval' button.
A confirmation message will be shown briefly at the bottom of the app indicating your programme planner has been successfully submitted.
4. On your 'My Journey' page, the section status will be updated to show;
'Programme in draft' - if you make changes to your programme planner but don't submit if for approval
'Programme Submitted' - once you've submitted it for approval.
