To Add Evidence
1. Select the section you want to add evidence to (e.g. Volunteering), scroll down and tap the ‘Manage Evidence’ button.
2. You have the option to add text, photo or file evidence. You can view any evidence that you’ve previously uploaded, unsubmit/delete evidence and submit evidence to your DofE Leader for approval.
Adding text evidence
1. Select ‘Add Text Evidence’ and fill in the mandatory fields - text evidence can include dates, details of activities and thoughts about what you’ve achieved. The number of characters cannot be more than 1000.
Select your leader from the drop-down menu and tap ‘Save and Submit’.
2. You will be redirected to the ‘Manage Evidence’ page which will display the evidence you have just uploaded along with any previously uploaded evidence.
Adding a photo/file evidence
1. Select ‘Add photo or file evidence’.
2. Tap the ‘Upload’ button.
You will have the option to attach a document, take a photo or choose a photo from your camera roll / gallery.
3. Once the file/photo has been uploaded, you can rename it if you wish to do so. Select your leader from the drop-down menu and tap ‘Save and submit’.
When you’ve added your evidence
It will be automatically submitted to your DofE Leader for approval. You will have the option to view, rename, or delete each piece of uploaded evidence. You can also select it as an Assessor’s Report or unsubmit the evidence.
