Regional Administrators with the permission 'Can update Regional office contact details' are able to make the change through eDofE. If you don't have the right permission, please contact your line manager.
Through Manage Infrastructure on the left-hand menu, select the LO you would like to change the Regional contact detail and then select LO information.
Select 'LO staff' and then the option to change Regional Office contact will show.
In the search box once you start typing in the new Regional contact name a drop-down will appear. From here select the user and then select 'Change'
Once successfully changed, a pop-up will appear in the top right-hand corner informing the update has been successful.
