DofE Managers and above account holders will have the permission to bulk change Cohort's Enrolment Date.
The "Change Enrolment Date" page allows you to bulk edit a cohort's enrolment date within 14 days of account creation.
You can edit enrolment dates for up to 2 months either side of the account creation date. Participants selected must have the same account creation date, and it must be within 14 days of today's date.
Age restrictions will also apply when setting a new enrolment date. You cannot backdate outside of the age requirements of the Award level.
If you experience problems with selecting a new date, please check the account creation date, ages of the participants you have selected, and participant's section start dates. There may be one that is causing the error.

Navigate to the "Change Enrolment Date" page under "Manage Participants"

Locate the cohort by using the Location, Levels, and Date filters

Select the relevant accounts and click "Change Enrolment Date"

Select the new enrolment date and hit "Next"

Check over the details and select "Yes" when you're happy with the change

If there are any issues with the new enrolment date selected, an error message will inform you of the error

If there are no issues, you will see the success message in the top right of your screen that confirms the change has gone through
