We are introducing the Early Adopters Programme for eDofE, aimed at managing the transition to the latest version of adult functionality. This programme allows DofE Managers and their Licensed Organisation (LO) staff to toggle between new and legacy designs. The objective is to complete the migration to new screens and technology within 9-12 months, offering improved user experience and controlled pace of change.
Please use the ‘Microsoft style enable button’ at the top of the screen - "New eDofE".
Once enabled you will see the new screen shown below.
Left hand menu
The communications tab for all notifications and alerts have been moved to the left hand menu. By clicking on the arrow next to 'Communications' this allows for the tab to be minimised or maximised.
Similar to this with the main menu the option to minimise and maximise is available. Each section now features a drop down menu which will allow you go into a subsection of eDofE without having to enter fully into the section.
Favourite section
The ability to favourite a section has also been added as a new feature. On the main menu when you hover over the sections a star appears on the side to favourite the section.
Once the star is selected a new 'Favourite' menu will appear above the main menu. ~You can add as many favourite sections or subsections as you wish.
EAP feedback
On EAP a pop up will appear for you to be able to submit feedback. This pop up will only show once. Should you wish to submit further feedback please use the 'EAP Feedback' link in the main menu.
