The ability to download an AAP (Approved Activity Provider) certificate is available to AAP Managers and Administrators. You must also have the permission to view LO information enabled for your account.
Steps to Download Your Certificate

Go to "AAP" in eDofE:
- This is the section where you can see the details of your AAP
- This is the section where you can see the details of your AAP

Download your certificate:
- At the top of the page, you'll see PDFs available for your section(s). Click to download!
- At the top of the page, you'll see PDFs available for your section(s). Click to download!
Now you can print it, frame it, and proudly display it at your location.
You are able to use your download digitally or if you choose to print it, we recommend printing these certificates directly onto a plain white A4 160-180gsm card.
Additional Language Options for Wales
For our AAPs in Wales, we also offer Welsh certificates. When you click to download, you will be presented with the below pop-up. Simply choose the one you need!
