Following on from the retirement of the legacy Reporting Suite, the two most-used reports are now available directly in eDofE:
- One Section to Complete- A list of participants who have one section of their award left to complete. (Available for Leaders and above)
- LO and Centre Overview: Statistics over three years for an LO/Centres. (Available for DofE Managers and Administrators)
This article aims to provide guidance on how you can access these reports:
Where can I find these reports?
- Ensure you are on new eDofE
2. Navigate to 'Reports' on the lefthand menu
3. Depending on your account level, you will see either one or both of the new reports. One Section to Complete is available to Leaders and above; LO and Centre Overview is available to DofE Managers and Administrators.
4a. One section to complete. You can filter the report by Location and Award Level, and then hit 'Search' to generate it. You can also download a spreadsheet version of the report by utilising the 'Download Spreadsheet' button.
4b. LO and Centre Overview. You can filter by a specific time period, and then hit 'Search' to generate it. You can also download a spreadsheet version of the report by utilising the 'Download Spreadsheet' button.
