If you don't know your username, please contact your DofE leader or DofE Manager who should be able to provide this to you.
For safeguarding reasons only the account holder can change their password or username on eDofE.
1. If you’ve forgotten your password, you will need to click ‘Forgot password?’ on the login screen:
2. You will be taken to the next screen where you will need to enter your username, complete the reCaptcha code and click 'Submit'.
A link will be sent to the email address on your account through which you will be able to reset your password and a confirmation message will appear briefly in the top right of the screen:
If your password is incorrect, you will see an error message in the top right corner of the screen:
If you see the 'Invalid reCaptcha' message, you'll need to refresh your screen and re-enter your login details:
If you enter your password incorrectly 5 times, you will see a message stating that you have three attempts left:
If you enter your password incorrectly 8 times, you will be locked out of your account for 24 hours – we cannot override this security feature:
If you do not receive a link, please contact your DofE leader or Manager to confirm the email address on your account.
