Award verifiers have a specific section under Award Approvals > Queried awards.
However, DofE Leaders will not have this option on eDofE , and so, will need to take the following action to locate any awards in query.
Log into edofe > Award Approvals> Leader Approved > set the filters as required > click on search
This search will provide you with a key, as well as a list of information including any awards that are in query.
Any text in the sections highlights a query on the section. You can use the key to then find out which participants still require any work/additional information on their queried section.
To get additional information about the query, you can click on the NAME in the participant column. This will open up their award, and you will be able to view the query, along with any comments added by the verifier who ahs queried this.
This opens the award>>
As the account is not a verifier's account this page is used for information and viewing the participant's award; you will not be able to action anything on this page, or add any further comments in this way.
If the participant is required to add additional information to support their section, please open their profile page. You can do this via the Leader Approved page, by click on their edofe ID in the column>
When their profile is open, find the section which has the query, marked by a red ! symbol, and click on the section to open this
This opens the section- you'll see the query and any comments made by the verifier. If you scroll down you'll then see 'Query Section' and 'Approve Section'- clicking on 'query section' here will reopen this section, which in turn allows the participant to add any information to their section that is required.
If you click on 'Approve section' at this stage, the award will be resubmitted, without any changes having been made.
You will need to also unapprove the programme plan to allow the participant to edit this section>
Alternatively, the participant can revert this section to draft/unsubmit the section before they can do this- more information can be found here >> Unsubmit/Revert to Draft
Once the section has been queried, you'll have the option to edit evidence. This will allow you to unmark anything marked as an assessor's report. A new assessor's report will be able to be added in the usual ways if the section is opened.
Should you have any issues, please don't hesitate to email us at edofe@dofe.org
