If a participant is no longer completing their award and you wish to remove them from one of your groups, you will need to 'archive' their account.
1. Go to 'Manage Participants' --> Participant Overview in the left hand navigation menu.
2. You can use the filters at the top of the Participant Overview page to select a specific participant or multiple participants at once
Click on the 'Search' button.
3. This will display a list of all participant accounts which meet the search criteria you selected.
4. Tick the box next the the participant's name that you need to archive, You can select multiple participants at once.
Then click the 'Archive Users' button.
5. A message will appear. Click on the 'Archive' button.
Please note: Awards waiting for LO or Regional approval cannot be archived.
6. This banner will appear in the top right of the screen on successful completion of the process:
This will move the account into the archive and ensure all participant is maintained in line with our Data Retention Policy.
If you need to permanently delete an account for data protection or safeguarding reasons please contact your DofE Manager or DofE Operations Officer who can arrange this for you.
