1) Go to 'Participant overview' under 'Manage participants' in the left hand menu.
2) Select the relevant record(s) & click on one of the 'Archive Users' buttons:
This will move the account into the archive.
3) A message box will appear, click on the 'Archive' button:
4) This banner will appear in the top right of the screen on successful completion of the process:
Please note: Awards waiting for LO or Regional approval cannot be archived.
If you need to permanently delete an account for data protection or safeguarding reasons please contact your eDofE Manager who can arrange this via the Regional Office.
