If you are are participant and want to delete your own evidence please follow the guide here
Anyone with a leader account and above is able to delete evidence from a participant's account.
Please note: You will be unable to delete evidence if the section has been submitted for approval or completed. You will need to query and/or reopen the section before you can delete evidence from it.
To Delete Evidence as an adult account holder
1. Locate the participant you want to delete evidence from, either by typing their eDofE ID number or name into the search bar, or find them via 'Manage participants' --> 'Participant Overview' and use the search filters to locate the participant.
2. Once you can see the participants profile, click on the section symbol of the section you wish to delete evidence from.
3. Click on the 'Evidence' tab.
4. Select the evidence you want to delete by clicking the white box in the bottom left corner of the piece of evidence. You can select multiple pieces of evidence.
5. A tick will be placed in the white box to show that it has been selected, Click the 'Delete' button above to delete the evidence from the participant's section.
6. You will be asked to provide a reason for the evidence being deleted, which will be sent to the participant.
If you believe the uploaded evidence is inappropriate, please tick the 'Flag as inappropriate' box. Otherwise, leave this box unchecked and just provide a reason for deletion.
7. Click the 'Delete' button to delete the selected evidence.
A notification will be display in the top left hand corner confirming the evidence has been successfully deleted.
