How do I view new and unused participant accounts?

Leaders, Coordinators and Admin/Managers have the ability to check which participants have not logged into their accounts for over 30 days - they have an account status of 'New'. To check this:

1. Go to the right-hand side of the home screen and find 'Communications'
2. Click on 'Unused new accounts: Yes'

This will then take you to the participant overview section where you can filter the choices and select to see a list of all the new participants who have not logged in for over 30 days:

If you don't have any new participants that were created over 30 days ago, the 'Unused new account' link will not be displayed under Communications.

There is no count for the number of new participants that were created over 30 days ago, the 'Unused new account' link will either display as 'Yes' or will not be displayed at all.
