Leaders, Coordinators, Administrators and Managers have the ability to check which participants have not logged into their accounts for over 30 days since account creation. To check this:
1. In the navigation menu, select the Communications dropdown (if not already expanded)
2. Click on 'Unused new accounts: Yes'
Please note: If you don't have any new participants that were created over 30 days ago, the 'Unused new account' link will not be displayed under Communications.
3. This will take you to the Participant Overview page where you can filter your selection accordingly.
You will need to tick the 'Show participants created more than 30 days ago' box
4. Click 'Search'
This will display all participant accounts, which were created more than 30 days ago and have not been logged in to.
You can click on the name of the participant to go to their participant profile page.
