Why can't I see a participant's username or contact details?
This usually indicates the account has become inactive. This happens after the participant has not logged in for more then 9 months.
How do I reactivate the account?
You will need to ask the participant to log in to their account. They will need to complete the basic information section and save it before the account will show as 'Active' again.
If they have have forgotten their username, please contact edofe@dofe.org and provide their name and eDofE ID number
If they have forgotten their password (but known their username) the password on the account can be reset by following the instructions here
