Why can I not see a participant's username or contact details?
This usually indicates the account has become inactive. This happens after nine months of inactivity.
How do I change an account from 'Inactive' to 'Active'?
Have the participant log into their account. They will need to complete the basic details section first and save them before the account will show as Active.
- If they have forgotten their password, they will need to reset it by following the instructions here
- If they have forgotten their username, contact edofe@dofe.org and provide their eDofE ID number.
