There are several common reasons why you cannot approve a participant's section.
1. Missing Mandatory Fields
Please ask the participant to ensure all required fields on their programme planners have been completed.
2. Assessor's Report
Either no assessor report has been uploaded.
Or an assessor report has been uploaded, but not marked as an assessor report.
To Mark a piece of evidence as an Assessor's Report:
- Open the relevant section and click on the 'Evidence Tab'
- Place a tick in the tick box located in the bottom left hand corner of the piece of evidence
- Click the 'Mark as AR' button.
3. Earliest Completion Date
The section below cannot be approved as the earliest completion date has not yet passed. The start date for the section is 05 Feb 2026 and the section will take a minimum of 18 months to complete. Therefore this section can't be approved until 05 Aug 2027 at the earliest.
4. Expedition Presentation Date
Silver and Gold participants must do a presentation as part of their Expedition section. If this date is in the future, you will be unable to approve the section.
