Auto-archived primary leaders:
If a primary leader has not logged in on their account for more than 2 years an email will be sent to the DofE Manager informing them to reassign the primary leader role. If no action is taken the role will automatically be assigned to the DofE Manager and the original primary leader account will be auto archived for security reasons.
Auto-archived accounts cannot be unarchived, except by a System Administrator. If an adult account has been auto-archived, please contact your DofE Manager or Operations Officer as approval is required when contacting eDofE@dofe.org to unarchive the account. This approval confirms that all the necessary safeguarding checks according to our Licensed Organisation’s/DofE’s safeguarding policies and procedures have been undertaken for the adult in question.
Should you have any other issues, please don't hesitate to email us at edofe@dofe.org
