Below are some of the reasons why you cannot move a participant's account:
1. The participant eDofE ID no. is incorrect.
Please double check the participant eDofE ID no. with their old school/centre, with the participant, or contact eDofE@dofe.org
2. Their Award status is ‘Submitted to LO’, ‘Submitted to Region’ or ‘ Queried award’.
You can only move an award once the participant's LO/Region has approved it or resolved the queried sections.
3. The account is ‘Deleted'.
4. The participant has a ‘Completed’ Gold Award
Participants cannot be moved out from a centre, they can only be moved in.
