The 'User Details' filter on the Participant Overview page allows you to locate a participant using any of the following:
- eDofE ID number
- First name
- Surname
- Email address
- Level
To locate a participant
1. If you know the full name or eDofE ID number of your participant, you can simply enter it in the Search bar in the top right corner of eDofE and click on the participant you wish to view.
Alternatively, use the eDofE navigation menu to select 'Manage Participants --> Participant Overview'. This page gives you advanced search options including the ability to search using an email address.
2. This will take you to the 'Participant Overview' page
You will need to ensure that all required fields (marked with a red *) in the 'Location' filter have been completed. Depending on the type of account you have, certain fields may be locked.
3. In the 'User Details' section, enter the participants ID Number, First Name, Surname or Email address.
The 'Level' dropdown field can be used to display only participants doing certain levels of the Award e.g. Bronze / Silver / Gold. It is set to 'All' as default.
The selections above will display all participants at the select LO, who are in 'Group 1' with a Surname of 'Wright'.
4. Click the 'Search' button to display the search results
From here you can quickly see the progress they have made on each section of their Award.
You can click on the participants name or ID number to view their full profile.
