On the Participant Overview page you can search for participant's by their current section status. The different section statuses are:
- Not started
- Section in draft (programme planner details have been added, but not yet submitted)
- Programme approved
- Section awaiting approval (section has been submitted to a DofE Leader for approval)
- Section completed
To search for participants by section status
1. Go to Manage Participants --> Participant Overview and complete all the dropdown boxes in the 'Location' section
2. In the 'Section Status' section, use the dropdown boxes to select the section statuses you wish to show.
For example, to find all participants who have not started their Volunteering section, you will need to:
- Select all the required fields in the 'Location' section
- In the 'Section Status' section, use the Volunteering section dropdown to select 'Not started'.
3. Click the 'Search' button.
Your results will show only the participants in your selected Centre/Group that have not started their Volunteering section.
Combining section status filters
You can also select more than one section status to filter participants by. The searches run together. e.g. the search below will return all participants whose Volunteering programme planner has been approved and Expedition section hasn't been started.
