The Participant Overview page allows all eDofE account holders (excluding Helper accounts) to easily find both an individual participant and groups of participants using a variety of filters.
To locate participants
1. Use the eDofE navigation menu to select 'Manage Participants --> Participant Overview'
2. This will take you to the 'Participant Overview' page
From here you can find participants using the 'Location', 'User Details' and 'Section Status' filters.
The Location filter
The location filter can be used to quickly find groups of participants. e.g. all participants in a specific group at your LO, all participants with a specific account status etc..
Important: You will need to complete all required fields (marked with an *) in the 'Location' filter, before you can click the 'Search' button. Depending on the type of account you have, certain fields may be locked.
3. User the filters in the 'Location' section to narrow down your search according to your needs. For example the options below will display all participants at the LO in 'Group 1', with a 'Current' status (new, active and inactive accounts).
You can click on the '?' symbol for more information on the 'Status' options
4. Click the 'Search' button to display all the accounts which match the search criteria.
The 'Keys' icon in the top right hand corner of the 'Results' section shows you the meaning of each of the section symbols.
You can also download a detailed spreadsheet of all the participants in the Search Results by clicking on the 'Download spreadsheet'. This includes the participant's username, date of birth, email address, activity details and section status etc:
You can combine the 'Location' filter with the other options on the participant overview page. To see more information on how to use the other filters, please see the relevant articles below:
